"I cook for you Dad."
"What are you going to make?"
"I cook you stomach-ache pie!"
I was inspired by my sister to start writing on a daily basis about the little, and sometimes big, things in life. Kind of like a digital diary, but those who I love are welcome to read it and see what is going on in the Kirby casa!

I am so behind! So many things to talk about like Nathan learned to walk this month and Nina is growing up in front of our eyes. But for now I will just leave you all with a few funny things NK has said lately.
I pick her up after a nap. She looks me straight in the eyes and says:
"Mama can't suck her thumb."
"That's right. Mama doesn't suck her thumb because she is a big girl, a grown up."
"Seven years old?"
I laugh. "Twenty seven years old. But your close."
"Nina is 2 and a 1/2" she informs me.
Then today while the kids were eating their lunches Nina looks at Nathan with a huge goofy grin and says "What's brot'er doing. Tasty brot'er. I eat him. I eat his ear."
